How old do you have to be to shop at Curated Flame?

Due to the variety of products we sell in store, and being located in Pennsylvania, customers must be 21+ to purchase anything IN-STORE.

If you are an online customer, it is 18+ or 21+ depending on your state’s or countries laws.

Am I allowed to take photos/videos in the store?

Yes, absolutely! We know some other shops aren’t photo-friendly, but we are! It’s actually encouraged, just make sure you tag us !!!

Do you ship products?

Yes, we do!!! We ship everywhere!!

How long does shipping take?

Most items are shipped out within 1 to 2 days of purchase so you can expect to get your goods within 3 to 5 business days from purchase.

HOWEVER, currently due to demand for our popular, Mystery Boxes and Gumball Orders, those may take longer to ship due to the process of curating them. If you order those you can expect to get your items in 5 to 7 business days.

I don’t know the joint size/type for my water pipe? What size bowl do I need?

Here’s an easy way for us to identify the correct size bowl for your piece. Get a small piece of paper to overlay the joint/connection of your piece. Using a pen color/trace the inside of the connection until you have a full circle on the paper. This way we can match it up to a bowl of the perfect size.
